One of Yoga For Life’s beliefs is that learning should
be an enjoyable experience, which is exactly what Yoga Fun
is all about – having fun while learning how to incorporate
all the depths of an ancient way of life in to modern day
living. Learning about one’s unique body, beliefs and feelings
does not have to be a “heavy” process, but rather a fun way
of looking at oneself, in the company of trusted friends
or family members.
Contrary to most ideology in today’s society, Yoga Fun classes
emphasize that sometimes there is nothing to achieve, no
goals or conclusions. Just being with one’s Self and accepting
where that Self is, can draw immense benefits and invaluable
qualities in to one’s life. Each day brings about different
experiences and each day we respond differently to certain
situations, which is reflected in our physical body. So accepting
where we are at any moment in time can be the key to happy
living!
