Yoga One classes are one-on-one, therapeutic classes, which
cater for students’ individual needs, whether it be by treating
certain ailments, diseases or old injuries, or by addressing
a student’s unique physical (mental and emotional) condition
and limitations.
Personal programmes are designed to encourage students to
look beyond the surface and focus on the causes of their problems,
not just on the symptoms , from a stance of non-judgment and
understanding. Students are closely monitored and guided throughout
the duration of their programme and are advised about what
else they could do, to facilitate the healing process.
The use of specific props assist students to overcome their
physical restrictions and work within their natural parameters,
ensuring that injuries are prevented. A follow-up assessment
is then conducted, outlining the best and most practical way
to proceed.
