> Yoshie
Yoshie grew up in Japan where she studied the Mu philosophy,
which lead her to explore the relationship between body and soul.
After spending a few years between California and Japan, she chose
to live in Singapore and work as a flight attendant, always driven
by her crave for discovering new cultures, new countries and new
thoughts. In 2005, she traveled extensively to India where she
met her first Guru in a secluded village in Rajasthan, who taught
her Pranayama (the art of breathing). After this once in a life
time experience, Yoshie decided to broaden her knowledge about
Yoga and quit her daily job to focus on her practice. She joined
Yoga Limbs in Hong Kong where she studied to become a Yoga teacher.
In 2006, she graduated with a Yoga Alliance teaching certificate.
She now teaches Hatha and Power yoga privately in Hong Kong mainly
to Japanese and Expatriates. |
